Excuse me but house prices are falling at a dramatic rate....especially in Bend and Central Oregon. The Salmon industry is finished and the eastern filbert blight is wiping out many hazelnut farms. One in five children go to bed hungry at night in Oregon. Oregon has close to the highest rate of suicide, meth use, unemployment and poverty in the nation since the loss of timber jobs and high tech....and it's tax hell....by standing on a two legged stool without a sales tax (drug dealers don't pay income tax) ....those who work are paying for those who do not work.....come on over to visit...and enjoy the rain for 200 days each year in the valley.

And, the usual question remains....if this analyst is so great at prediction....why is he writing a blog? He should be the wealthiest
person on the face of the earth.....look...even Freud said...'sometimes a good cigar is just a good cigar'....all of the predictions based upon any method, including a pennant philosophy are based upon the past...the data has already happened.....even the "darts" at the WSJ beat the experts on a continual basis.....long, slow, dollar cost average is the key...forget the pennants unless you are rooting for the Cubs.
