Within the next 2 years we're going to see the emergence of satellite TV in every car, just like what happened to cable in the 1980's. The programming will explode Sirius into a profitable giant.IMO

Even if 4Q numbers disappoint (you never know how wall street will react, they're so fickle), I believe 1Q 09 will be much better.They're generating revenue by renewing contracts at the old subscription price before march 11. I also believe that people that wanted to purchase a subscription but were afraid of bankruptcy(which makes no sense) will now buy.

If Mel let's Ergen take the company out from under his seat he will forever be known as Ergen's b**ch. I don't think his ego will let that happen. If they bankrupt the company I'll sell after the post BK bounce and reinvest after the reverse split and subsequent shorting the PPS back down...

Sirius Plays Dangerous Game at Investors' Expense

Just bought SIRI stock for first time since selling in october. Don't really see much downside from here. Plus I've never heard so many clues about a company going bankrupt within 6 days. Usually the company just files and broadsides you. I'm with Relmor, something stinks.
