Ominous for the Globe but Good News for Oil Bulls

This writer appears to know more about manipulating markets than either Russia or "oil as a weapon." As other writers have commented above, perhaps Russia, Saudi , Venz et all will drink their oil when they have no foreign currency to buy vodka. If they do not sell it customers will find substitues, as Hitler did in WW II.
