Home Depot & Lowe's: Is Now the Time to Get into Either?

Guys ---- the time to buy Lowe's is now. It was 4 weeks ago when it hit 18. Now it's at 24. I've been following this stock for a year. I bought at 21. It's at 24. Why would you wait until it's 30 to 'buy big?' It will go up eventually. If it reverts back to 20, I'm plowing more cash in.
