Apparently the chairman of this company is on an airplane in this conference. It's probably the norm rather than the exception in this company to have such conference calls.

It's interesting how communication is actually working between those executives. I always thought (and was taught) that the best way to communicate is face to face (I remember in my PM class the teacher had an example of a phone call from a plane as a not-so-great mean of communicating).

It seems that the markets Dr. Prociv is entering are low risk markets. It's interesting that in the construction business, low risk markets have better profitability than high risk markets (hence the formula high risk = high yield is of little relevance in this context).
