Buy, Sell or Hold: Potash Deserves Another Look

Some government regulations are ALWAYS going to be necessary in the financial markets-operative word...SOME. Does a building have to fall on some idiots to drive home the point? Capitalism is fine, but left completely shorn of oversight, it would drive us back to the stone age. Too many people, not enough usable land, and a non infinite supply of raw materials make SOME regulation a necessity for the survival of the system. Anyone that cannot see understand that is just plain DUMB. The problem will always be.....how much?
