Steer Clear of Tata Motors

When Tata bought JLR,Ratan Tata said they we're in it for the long haul.He was shown the companies plans for future vehicles, including the hybrid models, which will blow all competitors out of the water.Tata was the only option for JLR to go forward as the dinosaur which is Ford was dragging it down with no money for development & continually blocking any new models put before them.
Ok,things have changed in the last couple of months but the flexibility of the workforce will see the company thro' the rough times & when things pick up we will be ready to deliver for Tata.

Why do these people, who sit in their Ivory Towers,have to be so negative about everything.There are these so called 'expert' professors of this & that here in the UK who only crawl from under their rocks to spit bile at the down trodden Auto Industry.
I have worked at Halewood on Merseyside for the last 26 yrs under Ford & now JLR.We have had the bad times,almost closing when it was announced that the replacement to the Escort,the Focus,was not to be built at Halewood & now we are enjoying the good times which is all down to OUR hard work,something these doom merchants know nothing about.
We know better than anyone about the lean times & we adjust to suit,if that means short time & loss of pay then so be it,but we will fight to protect our jobs & do not need idiots like this thousands of miles away to put their point(less)s across to us.
So do us all a favour & go back to teaching children & stay out of the big bad grown up world that normal hardworking people live in.
