  • DuPont Fabros: Cheaper - For A Reason [View article]
As of 03/01/2015 this stock seems a bargain, what keeps driving its price down? The REIT market seems subject to interest rate increases, but the dividend seems fine so far.
IBM, Microsoft, etc, are all huge players in "Cloud", so one wonders if DFT still can deliver the goods for the smaller fish in this sea.

  • ModernGraham Valuation Of SYSCO Corporation [View article]
Sysco is I believe the number 1 supplier of food products to restaurants, schools, hospitals, and government military, offices, etc.
The fact that they are number 1 in size and scope, should provide long term value to stockholders.
IF the economy continues to rise, and IF the consumer is still, willing to go "eating out", the stock should grow with the appetites of the worlds consumers and eaters. The Fed and US Taxpayers are in serious Debt, but continue to eat "away from home".

The CEO had prostrate cancer and his product cured him of cancer. TCells are natural antibodies in the body, and they are finding a way for these fighting cells, TCells , to attack the stem cell of the cancer cells. Without stem cells the cancer can't reproduce, and dies. I think this is the plan of attack but not real sure.......

The cups are getting too expensive, and 2. The "plastic thing" bugs me.yes, the coffee is good o very good, but I would much prefer a "tea coffee bag to pop in the machine vs. plastic.

  • PDL BioPharma's CEO Presents at Jeffries 2013 Global Healthcare Conference (Transcript) [View article]
95% institutional owned company. It would be good of their team to be vigilant and scan the biomedical markets, for new opportunities. Especially in natural body producing antibodies, outside of "foreign" chemicals, -that have many, serious side effects to the organs of the body, NOT being treated. It would seem that far too many "drugs", have far far too many "organ killing and body damaging" side effects.
