Why Dividend Investors View Stocks Differently

You just gave my secret away!!. . .I of course own a few of the dividend stocks you mentioned and more - I tell friends, "till death do we part" with my strong dividend stocks (although I do review the balance sheets each quarter for signs of trouble). My income this year is up about 5% over last year on just increases in dividends (12 of 20 stocks I own have raised dividends since Jan. 1), and when we are talking income of over 100K, that is a nice trip to Paris.

Let everyone else moan and groan about falling portfolio value - the lower the better for me, as I buy more stocks when yields go up.
