  • What Are the Best Hedge Funds Buying Now? [View article]
Great call JG. I take a lot of heat for my call of the SP 500 really being....The SP 500. What vehicle would you use to take full advantage of the fall? The likes of FAZ are tempting but the market makers are making that risky.

I admit, even though I am a day trader I am sitting on some BRK.B in my Roth IRA and have been surprised it has held up as well as it has. My concern is the collapse of Wells Fargo and Bank of America taking the fund down. SP 500 @ 1130 is an area of great concern for all of these names.

  • Fadel Gheit: Oil Prices to Remain Inflated but Don't Pass on Gas [View article]
Wouldn't it be nice to have real leadership in Washington right now. Articles like this make it sound like gas has no future. The U.S., the largest energy market in the world will be the judge of that. Now let's put some people to work on domestic gas projects. Just watch how low crude prices will stay to combat that. The only play "they" have ;]

  • Oil Is Still the Key to U.S. Economic Future [View article]
The idea of changing over to natural gas is good as a bridge to a more permanent source. If you believe estimates there is not enough nat gas in the U.S. to supply all of our needs for long. Only a matter of a few decades. ????

I personally believe that CNBC should take Jim off the air until we are in a bull market. Jim is a perma bull and is not suited to give advice in a bear market. It borders on criminal to allow him to keep influencing hard working people and costing them money during these economically tough times especially.

  • Four Oil Giants to Keep an Eye on - Barron's [View article]
It is a bit early for Exxon. We are calling for Exxon to report their worst numbers in years Friday morning so you are likely to get XOM on sale. With Exxon being such a large percentage of the DOW it is likely to drag the whole index down Friday.
