So what's your point with your article? We all know that it's the seller commission is negotiable and that both Christie's and Sotheby's give guarantees. There is nothing wrong with that in this business. Of course this has to be done in a reasonable manner.

But I am missing the point of your article which states obvious things that everybody knows.
