Reich's Reasons for a New Fiscal Stimulus Bill

Congress borrowing $300 billion from one group and giving it to another group while telling us we are all wealthier because of it is a farce. There is no such thing as a short-term stimulus that will fix this. Time heals all wounds. We need to focus on productivity and make Americans smarter.
