not sure why they want to be in services? it doesn't have a growing revenue stream based on the declining costs associated with the producers (I.E. employees). after all, most of their employees are either in India or China or some where else over seas. about the best they get out of the deal, is to replace their own outsourcers with internal resources and be able to resell some of that too.
