"Some of the hoi polloi with deep pockets should sue the US Treasury Department maybe even use a class action suit." Hopefully there will be a way to do this, because as one of the hoi polli, I lost a good chunk of nest egg in this supposed "safe investment" I made years ago. Ironic as well as pathetic. The former CEOs should be sued and/or go to jail...
