You avoid commenting on the impact at the end of 2010 [21 months from now]. There are numerous othe US trust opportunites that good buys right now-BPT, CRT, NRT, PBT etc. Also BP looks good.

Already , as mentioned CEG,GXP,AEE have cut divs. Lower, with more to come. Cunsumer demand, and unpayed bills, will cause more to happen. Beware of Utilities now---Watch the earnings reports. I've had many of the stocks mentioned over time. I sold in 10/08, and see an additional 30-50% loss since. Even in the last 3-4 weeks the best Utilities are down 15-20%. Measly divs do help. I'm in bonds , cds, and cash
