A penalty for holding to long!<br/>I have a huge LTG on EPD, and W/ delayed losses carrying forward, I can get out, with very little  tax, and play the game again!]]>

Based on this article, if seems to me, that I could sell now, and miss the double taxation, enjoy a great profit, pay minimum[small %] tax due to bringing forth large passive losses, and then buy in again, in a dip, and start the game all over.<br/>Am I missing something?<br/>I don't want to burden my kids, with MLP taxation upon passing.<br/>Thanks]]>
