Yet I can't think of a valid higher priority for the BLM, given President Obama's pronouncements and given the importance of these new jobs for the economic recovery!
I'm sure the BLM would blame the legal and other barriers that the environmental groups have created over the years. However, this is when you go to the boss (the President) and tell him you need some jawboning and other support!!]]>
