    No free lunch! A Company that goes RTC will have their common stock diluted or wiped out and they will have to put up all of their assets as collateral.

    Seems like when a company goes RTC the common stock gets wiped out or diluted. And the company places itself up as collateral. No Free Lunch!

Those GSEs include the Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae), the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac), and the Federal Home Loan Banks (FHLBs).

    He would also need Congress' Approval which would seem unlikely!
