    Cranky,

    HPT has three strikes against it:
    1. Largest tenant is close to bankruptcy
    2. Hugely overvalued
    3. Earnings misses and dividend cuts likely

    Why would you ever own this stock, when you could buy a cheaper REIT with a more solid tenant base.
