Seeking Alpha reported a big earnings miss, and it seems it stuck with people. Corrections don't get as much traffic as the initial report.

The over-reaction is probably based on your mistake in reporting the EPS miss last night.

Sounds like they were approached by the funds, not something they went looking for, so it just sounds like an opportunity was there to raise at the market price.

Jon Jegglie, TDox works because we can SEE the POSITIVE RESULTS! Look for yourself!

It works. Nothing else can give a complete response like TDox.
It will be available for Doctors in the EU very soon in their early access program.

  • Solar3D: Convertible Promissory Notes Look Toxic For Investors [View article]
Yeah, I know the numbers were adjusted for the split. It is easy to verify by looking back at the original terms.

You left out the Acquisition Promissory Notes from the article, any reason why? $1.125M remains on those. Check 10-K - 0.52 or average of 10 days of trading when convert request is made, whichever is higher

Original conversion price pre-split was 0.05, post split to $1.30, then reduced to 0.338, likely due in part to cash raise/dilution they recently experienced. All you have to do is look at the SEC filings from 2014 to see the original conditions.

There is also an ACQUISITION CONVERTIBLE PROMISSORY NOTE, $1.125M remains. 0.52 or average of 10 days of trading when convert request is made, whichever is higher.

Not getting out, I too was holding some shares through the PIII failure, but I profited enough from the run-up to do so.

China data has a great chance of influencing Hisun/China to approve TDox. 45 minutes of RFA is likely a better duration compared to any that had shorter durations of heat.

Recurrent chest wall has already been proven to work:

Folfox was approved in China for HCC despite failing to meet their endpoint, http://bit.ly/1xn1N6o , sound familiar? HCC is a big problem in China and it seems that TDox has a real shot at being approved there, even if with some limitations. CEO brought up Folfox in conference call.

People who view trials and cancers as black and white don't understand that sometimes things are grey enough to proceed when you weigh the risks and benefits of approving something that is filling an unmet need.
