  • Zalicus Misses Key Secondary Endpoint [View article]
I am surprised about almost clockwork pump articles about ZLCS, and you bailed out on the judgement day because somebody dumped 600K shares. Not to mention today you come out saying that there isn't no near term bottom. Doesn't sound right. I see now you are constantly writing about ASTX probably helping Manuso increase his pay-cheque from 1.76M. I wouldn't be surprised if there is major correction in ASTX, with you saying how you already bailed out of it just in time. I respect the fact that everybody should have right to present their analysis, but just wanted to raise some caution to your readers. No positions in either stock as I don't like mgmt of either of them! GL to all!

  • Debt Burden Makes Horizon Pharma An Attractive Short [View article]
Debt can be seen directly from financials, but small cap drugs company is mostly evaluated based on drug potential and all the small cap drug companies in early stages of drug development in that respect is spec.
But looks like your logic on going short is based on reading comments written by longs on short article. Good luck with that. No positions!

Its not the article, its the timing that seems so malicious. If the author wanted to share his thoughts on the company, he should have done it on other days. Obviously he wants the stock to sell off abruptly, which can be seen as stock manipulation.

  • Is Social Media The New Dot-Com Bubble? [View article]
Great article, I think your article is right on the spot. In valuation of social media, there seems to be more hype and hardly any economic fundamentals. Economic model is yet to be proven and there is always risk of loosing user base by annoying them with ads once they try to commercialize it .
