Investing in Colombia's Turnaround

After some years of watching Colombia (I am married to a Colombian woman), I can tell you first hand that the business climate is improving. This comes from real grass roots input, the many business owners in her family. And, I would agree thatCIB is a good way to take part in an improving political situation and a growing economy.
