I nominate Roadkill to blaze a path to the next shareholders meeting so that we can get Mel to act. There has been no sense of urgency on his part to do something to refinance or pay the overwhelming debt that every day passes get closer to due. The most viable option that I see is to issue shares to pay the dern debt off. I know that under a traditional approach, dilution hurts, but when we have to pay debt to stay public, I would say issue more. If we get the debt knocked out, I truly believe we'll trade above $1.00 taking reverse splits and delisting off the table. Where is Mel? Where is Mel? Spending our money. He always looks tan. I want him either pasty white working like the rest of us or fired. Get in the tanks boys, lets go kick Mels butt.

No one cares about the subs at this time. The concern is the Current Liabilities - liabilities due in 1 year or less - being in excess of 1 billion and cash flow not there to pay them. The Street is holding this stock at bargain sale prices because of the Current Liabilities. Once the Current Liabilities are paid with new share issuances or refinanced so that they are not current - due in more than one year - then the negatives are off the table for this stock. Subscription rates will sky rocket as new cash enters USA after lower gas prices. New cash = more cars and more discretionary money. We are sitting on a bottom here folks.

A little trade school for you idiots that come on this post only to criticize. The stock price is a reflection of EPS x Multiple, IF THERE ARE EARNINGS. In this case no EPS yet as no earnings, hence spec. In case of a spec, as long as another offering of shares will produce cash to pay debts, then issue away. It does not hurt the current shareholders as dilution doesn't matter until there are EPS. The main thing keeping the price down is the Current Liabilities (debt). If this can be paid off with more shares, then guess what, brupcy is off the table and look out above, here is the Rocket scenario. If the price goes back up above $1.00 due to decreased debt, then guess what, no worries about delisting and no need to do reverse splits. Positive thinking.

If they can get the debt off the books, the stock price will go up as brupcy is off the table. Only thing keeping down price is debt of co. With cash flow turning positive next year, we could actually have a profitable co if we pay the debt. I don't care how many shares you need to issue, dilution in this case when no EPS is the way to go. Dilute the heck out of us to pay the debt and you'll drive the stock price up as the price currently is solely only a reflection of the debt. Brilliant!!!
