During a starvation period in China, there was no grains, the King said, "Why don't they eat meat?"

China is a developing country, people in any developing country, like Japan in the 70s, Taiwan in the 80s, they save more. China now is doing the same. They would save less when they became developed like us.

  • World War III: U.S. vs. China? [View article]
Economic war, yes. American will be the loser, because we spend too much, and they save to much.

Political war, yes. American will be the loser, because we have a highly corrupted Congress - they are still steal money, the pork programs when we have trillion deficit. China have a one party system, but vry effective. Their corruptions are in the low level that are much easier to corrct.

Conventional war, no. We did not fight with Russia, and we are not stupid to fight Chinese. We cannot win for sure.

  • It's Not a Credit Crunch, It's a Deflation [View article]
What is the definition of inflation, printing too much money against the fixed amount of goods. We did it during the WWII, by selling the bonds. We paid 70 cents for a dollar - it was 30% inflation during the post war years.

During the civil war in China, they kept printing money, the inflation rate was 100% a day.

We could control inflation only by produce more goods. We are not going to get better till every unployed back to work. There is plenty work, we can make our own shoes and grow our own tomatos. Why we have to buy from China and Mexico and put our own people with unployment check - printed money for inflation.

  • Will Obama Be Re-elected? [View article]
The most important thing for any modern American politicican to do is prepre for next election once they are elected for the first time. Reagan cut taxed, Bush cut taxed. You thought they were for you, and reelected them. See what had happened, the deficit is the basic problem of this recession. And there are economists believe that there won't be inflation. We printed a lot of money during WWII, the Bond. We paid them back, 70 cents for a dollar - after post war-year inflation 30%.
