Finally Some Good News for Sirius Shareholders

I will say this again for those who have been trying to ignore me.....

If we vote YES to the distribution of shares AND the RS..... (No matter how much you guys think it is the wrong thing to do)

-- The company will be able to pay off it's debt with out getting into another DEBT DEAL with another bank... (It will be SCOTT FREE!)

-- Then SIRI RS... The price goes up to about $5 - $10 /S....

Now I know you guys will bombard me with
"IT WILL BE SHORTED BACK TO NOTHING" or....
"IT WILL DESTROY THE LONG INVESTORS!"
But hear me out.....

Now with a SIRI/XM that is debt free....
Trading around $5 - $10 / Share
A shit load fewer shares outstanding
Positive cash flow that we are so close to getting
And increasing subscriber base....

A.) What makes you think that there will be people who even DARE to TRY to short this stock back down....

B.) What makes you think that this stock will not rise to the occasion ???


(I truly believe this stock can easily survive a RS... There are so many shares outstanding for the size of this company that it makes sense even w/o this share price)

Why do you guys keep putting a RS with share distribution????

They are not the same thing.... SIRI can distribute shares w/o RS.....

Thats what i'm trying to say SIRI can double the amount of shares, and the SP will only "Technically" go down to .14 (Doesn't seem like that big of a drop).... Then use the money raised to pay off debt....

Now a debt free SIRI will have no Analysts stabbing them in the throat saying
"You will never be able to pay debt off because you dont make money"
With the debt settled I dont see how the SP would stay at $0.14.....

P.S. in my scenario, I would buy as many shares as i could at .14 to average down at the cheapest price before it begins to recover....

No one said that they had to RS.... So use your math... Double the amount of shares out there..... 3.8 billion.... that puts it up the 7.6 billion..... do the math and that would put the SP at roughly $0.14.... Not too much lower than we are now...

recover bacIf the stock was going to k above a $1 (w/o RS) SIRI has to unload this debt..... if the SP was going to go above a dollar from here... What makes you think it wouldn't recover from .14 with NO DEBT ????

My comment about the auto decline was in response to yesterdays post where we were talking about some of us being worried about Mel lowering his Subscriber expectations... And yesterday I said it was most likely just because of the auto industry... That way they have an excuse to lowball estimates...
And todays post just confirmed it... that's what I was saying.... I totally believe that they will beat their subscriber estimates....
