  • The Price May Be Increasing For An Amarin Buyout [View article]
The fish oil was approved in July, and still no NCE or deal. -

Point? Certainly wouldn't be the 1st time a NCE decision was delayed for a period of time.

"Patents filed in 2010, based on purity of fish oil, which was disclosed in a 2003 paper will not hold up in court."

That would be unsubstantiated hyperbole coming from a patent lawyer, which you clearly are not. Therefore, you just sound plain ignorant.

"Financing means no deal." No, it means nothing of the sort. Do you spend a lot of time in YMB under the pseudonym boilerscam?

I fail to see how such comments derive satisfaction. In addition, they seem entirely glib since it presumes only a winner's strategy equates to a ticker never going down.

what was AF right about? That's the part I hear a lot, but never hear an answer to. Please be specific! Also, since he is a supposed writer, a time stamped citation would help.

your implication seems like a red herring to me. why point to an example if I can't really figure out why it matters?

    Steve,

Appreciate the thorough report as always. I wanted to pick your mind for a moment.

What are your thoughts on the notion of Anchor patients opting for DS versions as many using Lovaza appear to be doing ---with their MD's approval, relative to Joe saying "we will introduce Vascepa to managed care and work towards Tier 2 pricing " in last CC.

I'll take my answer offline, thanks ;)

I started following Acram's Razor after his comments on a previous article. Well informed exp, well written from a unique lens. there can't be any question this will implode; it's only a matter of 'when'.

thank you arm chair quarterback. if you put forth 1/3 the due diligence as many, you'd recognize that NCE in and of itself is just that: nonsense. but alas, you have no bets placed.

GSK isn't getting AMRN for 20/sh. if they tried to, I'm guessing that would explain at least one reason for the perceived delays as well.

    i've taken the liberty:

    http://bit.ly/Qj0f3d

    keyword: cardio

there you'll find all the sales reps they're looking to hire.

of course, this is just my own hypothesis; could be hiring for any company, but the timing of the ad placement versus when Amarin took down their careers page (from what I'm told) does seem convenient.

It appears Quintiles (CSO) is hiring District Sales Managers in 18 major markets across US for new drug launch - all jobs posted as of early Sept.

Go to Quintiles use search criteria used: Cardiovascular District Sales Manager

Or search on LinkedIn for Quintiles and search on district manager.

    Connection perhaps? :)

i'm confident that if you look at the regSHO daily short interest, you may deduce the rebound from lows of day were largely short buy-cover driven, which would make a lot of sense. JMO.
