Wal-Mart: Moving Beyond Low Prices

I worked for Wal-Mart, and I can tell you this if they treated their employees with respect, rather than as slaves, the customers over all expericance would increase by 75%. It is the customers who makes them rich and they seem to be forgeting this and need to go back to basics.
