It's Not a Great Time to Get Into Stocks

So from your perspective, what valuation multiple you think the market should be at to jump back into the stocks?. Right now there are NUMEROUS companies trading at < 10x FORWARD P/E. Under my view, those are already quite fairly valued or even undervalued to reflect current times and the next 6-12 months.
