GGP has it bad w/o a doubt, but your analysis of debt service to net income includes depreciation & amortization...kind of meaningful to distinguish this as a non-cash charge, especially with REITs...hence the industry standard of using funds from operations instead of traditional earnings. What is GGP's ability to cover changes in debt service with free cash flow?
