Does a Mobile Internet Devices Market Exist?

I'd love an iphone about twice as wide and 50% taller than my current one with slightly more processing power - same thickness. Yes, I'd look like a total dork with it held up to my ear as a phone - but I wouldn't ever do that, I'd just use headphones or a bluetooth headset. Would completely change the percentage of time I haul out my laptop...

If AAPL figured out how to integrate a Bluetooth docking station so I could charge and store the blue tooth headset into the device itself...*oooh*
