Fun and games with funny money don't make sense. How so many powerful and allegedly smart financial experts could make so many transparently dumb decisions is a great mystery. When the floor disappears from your financial hologram, it is time to at least stamp your feet a little to see if the real floor is still there. But these guys either had no disaster alert alarms or they just hoped for the best, while, of course, counting on the American taxpayer to bail them out.
