Too bad you didn't nail them under the ADA... WHile they still had something you could get your hands on that is. I think it's illegal to do that... I'm not a lawyer, but I think the ADA doesn't allow employers to do things like that if it's related to your handicap.

We call Best Buy the Flat Screen TV store. They've cut all of the DVD's. CD's. computers, cameras, etc. since everything is much cheaper online and now the store is almost wall to wall flat screen TV's.

When you walk into Best Buy it is something like Orwell would write about. Gives me the creeps, but I haven't been to a Best Buy in a couple of months, even the flat screens are a better buy (should I say best buy) via online with free shipping.

Having digital TV bomb-out bust have been a real hit as I think they were one of the FCC's so-called partners in this program (really means pumping the special interest dollars to Congress).

But really, the Circut City/Best Buy model is dead meat.

When I visit their store it dives me the Big Brother creeps!
