Your summary of industry dynamics is not accurate with regard to the role of wholesalers between large buyers (like CVS and WAG). I also believe that mergers of pharma manufacturers will effect drug wholesalers through fee-for-service agreements.

I agree -- Although the stock market doesn’t seem to like the CVS-Caremark deal, I believe that it represents an inevitable compression of the industry.
