What Happened to 'The Change We Need'?

Ways to fight inflation.... "The Fed has so much liquidity out there that normal unemployment rates would trigger inflation. The solution is not to create a climate where jobs growth does not happen. Job growth must be minimized until the liquidity is mopped up." Does this mean to say job growth will be dampened for the time being?? I am a bit slow to wrap my mind around this. Am not an economist.

Obama is doing the opposite of what he is saying all to control inflation.
