Ford's the Strongest of the U.S. Automakers: So What? [View article]
The author makes it looks like it is better to be the weakest than the strongest of the automakers.Ford stock has been trashed as if the company had already filed for bankruptsy protection.Don't you thnk that Ford should receive a better treatment than that?

Greenspan was a master of the english language and it was a joy to listen to him to say something without sayng nothing. One day, howewer,he stated that he was aware of the subprime situation but he felt it was not a primary concern. That statement made me belive that Greenspan, the chairman of the Federal Reserve Board, had very little knowledge about research methodology being that he had failed to recognize the importance of that huge variable called subprime interest rate.I think a little less of him now than I did before but I still enjoy listenig to him when he says something without sayng nothing.
On the subject of Oliver Stone,I would like to apologize to the readers if they feel that my ideas are unconventional. They are unconventional to my lifestyle too.I have, however,to tell it like it is more so after what he did in Dubai. Oliver Stone proved that he is not only an idiot. He also proved that he is a very dangerous idiot, vile, evil and marked with the sign of the beast. There is nothing human about olver stone.
! like your point of view more so because our great President George W.Bush is giving some credit for having saved this country from total collapse.Allow me to stay on this topic a little longer;in the news of today,I found out that Oliver Stone has been in the Mideast showing the movie "W" and saying unkind thngs about our President.Shouldn't Oliver Stone's behavior be considered an act of treason more so because the nation is in a state of war?Thank you for your fairness
Will the White House Bail Out Detroit? [View article]
President George W.Bush saved the country after the terrorist attack of 9/11.Now he has been using everything available to him to repair the economic disaster created by the many financial terroristic groups that for years have been undermining all the american ideals "ONE NATION UNDER GOD WITH LIBERTY AND JUSTICE FOR ALL" I would like to suggest that the american people should start considering the reality that President George W.Bush is the best President theUSA ever had. Shame on you Oliver Stone

I made two previous comments about this topic;first I said that the car makers should be helped but with strings attached to that help. The second time ,I expressed that,in my opinion, the UAW are a group of hard working people.I put the blame for the downfall of Ford,General Motors ,Chrysler and the total finanancial disaster of the U.S.economy on the shoulders of the many many national and international groups who specialize in big scams while getting ready to blame some innocent people for their crimes [the UAW in this case],I am a very old man now; when I was a teenager, one of my teachers gave me the responsability to read two books written by two different american writers. In one of the books, the author was predicting that the bloodiest revolution would take place in the U.S.A.in the year 2000 and the coal miners will be blamed for it.Looking at the events that have been unfolding during the past 15 years,I wonder if that was just an accidental prophecy or a huge masterplan in order to bring the U.S.A.to its knee by the year 2000 and place then the blame on someone or something.Have a good 2008 because we don't know what to expect in 2009
Detroit's Big Three and the Democrats' Economic Illiteracy [View article]
Many years ago I was running an orgaization that employed about 700 people. We all were getting along fine, we were very productive and able to more than satisfy the goals and objectives of the organization. Then the Union was formed and an attorney to reprsent the Union was hired. After that we had to go through the attorney each time a minor complaint was filed by one of the workers. At times it would take weeks, depending on the mood or secondary gains of the attorney,to solve a problem that in the past could have been solved in just a few hours. The UAW ,as far as I know ,is made up of good ,hard working, trustng people .I am not sure, however,if the attorneys hired by the union acted to just promote the best interests of the union. This means that, in future negotiations, the activities of the union attorney should be scrutinized closely in order to make sure that no conflict of interestes or other secondary gains exist
