1: NAVTEQ is the name you mean when you say 'nevteq'. Nokia bought them a few years ago so that they could own the makers of the maps Nokia was using. NAVTEQ is now a brand name rather than a company.
2: Windows8 is the key: If they successfully launch that along with WP8 then Nokia and MSFT will skyrocket.
