  • Why Capping Pay Is Likely to Work [View article]
I have decided that I will not buy anything from any company that take Fed money, or use any bank that takes Fed money, or have anything to do with any company, or institution that mentions anything about green, eco, global warming, climate change in their ad's. I'm tired of all this CRAP, and don't believe a word they say about anything while they walk all over the common man, that by the way pays for everything. We do all the labor, we make all the pruduce, and we get our wages slashed, and taxed into poverty. I don't care what a CEO makes, or what screw ball idea big Gov comes up with, as long as it take no more away from my living. Very soon, if things don't change there will be no middle class, just the poor, and the rich, which is what I think the Gov wants.

mediapro, I don't know about everything you stated, but I've done better during the last three years than I have during my entire life. Bush, good or bad? I liked him.

the bark, You must be a Dem. They alway's attack on a personal level, because they have no real facts to argue with. I have been kicked out of 5 Dem, Lib blog sites, and wear that as a medal. Every one I have been kicked out of was full of prissy little babies just like you. I could write all kinds of facts, and warned of what Obama would do if elected, and got attacked for such meaningless things such as grammer, or a (missspelled) word(OMG) another mistake. I hated English in school, thus, didn't try, alas, poor me, but I don't think the IRS, or my bank cares if I spell (doller)OMG, right or not, because I am good at math, which is more than Obama's people can say. (Dumass) OMG.

Think! Is spot on. How will you recruit, manage and motivate talent? "Be glad that you have a job" is a very-short term motivator. If there is no upside offered, there will be a brain drain from the industry. The Dem's, and Obama want to get their fingers into everything, and they will stop all motvation, and there will be no incentive, just the way they like it.

russ, You better wake up from the Obama dream you are still in since the election. This is not from Limbaugh, this is the voice of angry American's that don't want communisum, and don't like being taken to the cleaners, and lied to. I, and many other American's don't want any part of Obama's plan. I don't need to be told what is good for me, and told how to live my life, and will fight it as long as I can breath, or my mind go's from old age, which ever comes first.

These people make me sick!!!!! Not one of them have the brains to balance a check book let alone figure out the mess we are in now, not to mention, they are the same ones that got us into this mess. The entire package should be scrapped before the Senate even gets to vote on it. Will they listen to what we want, the ones that put them in office? No way. They will push this plan through, because they would look like fools if they did now, after all this, "We need to act now" crap. They want to gain total control over every institution, and rule in a Mao type fashion. Obama's entire cabinet is dropping like fly's. They can't even remember to file their tax's, and they are going to fix everything? Give me a break. I say cut tax's, drop capital gains tax, and save the billions you want to throw away, and let the cards drop where they will. We will get by fine thank you.

  • Ford's the Strongest of the U.S. Automakers: So What? [View article]
Everyone is out to make an example of Ford. How dare they shrug off the Bail out funds, and thumb their nose at Nancy, and Harry, and Biden, and the great one himself. As a result, today we see all the articles of doom, and gloom for Fords future, and see their rating cut by Barclays. This is only the begining. They will be CRUSHED, and forced into submission, and into taking the Dem's bail out money. Why the impudence. We the people are rooting for you Ford.

  • Geron Opens a New Era for Stem Cell Research  [View article]
helplessobserver is exactly right. You could get in on the ground floor for what many spend on an average weekend out with the wife or family. Why not take 1, 2, 3, or so hundred dollars, and take the chance? There are many Stemcell stocks under $2. The odds are a lot better than anything else going right now, and the pay off might be better than any investment you could make anywhere else. Even if it is not soon, its just a matter of time. Maybe Obama will ok the Fed funding, big news. If not, within the next 2 to 5 years something will come of this anyway, and I for one will be there waiting.

You've been pushing KOOL for some time now, must be down quite a bit. What about SCLL, CTIC, ASTM, and the 526 some odd other stemcell company's? Are they all smoke, and mirror's thoght up by mad scientist? From what I see of KOOL, I could name at least 60 others I would buy long before that nag.

  • Geron Corp: Up 50% on Nothing but Hope [View article]
"When science generates a potential solution and such solutions are touted as if they have never been tried, even after decades of experimental effort, I think it is probable they don't work". Oh hell, lets just scrap the whole project!!!!!

  • Geron Corp: Up 50% on Nothing but Hope [View article]
How much has been spent on cancer, MD, MS? Has there been one cure yet? How many years have we been donating to these? If Stemcells can do a fraction of what they say they can do, then its better than any of the above, and we have given billions to the others over the years. How could anyone try to retard the movement of this. Its about time something is being done here.

  • Geron Corp: Up 50% on Nothing but Hope [View article]
How much has been spent on cancer, MD, MS, and others. Has there been any big break throughs yet? Why keep throwing money into these? I would think after all the years of giving billions to these there would have been some cures, or major steps by now. If Stemcells can do a fraction of what they hope for, then it is better than all the others which have done nothing.
