Does this margin analysis factor in the collapse of almost all foreign currencies relative to the dollar and the impact this has on Apples profits overseas? I know that overseas sales are only a fraction of their overall market but due to the recent 25% downturn in exchange rates, with little ability to reprice their products overseas means a large margin hit imo.

You forgot to mention this thing has 1g of memory (expandable to 8 max). That more than negates the $20 price advantage. Also, the number of cities with 3G connections with TMo-bile is quite small.
