I had the awesome privilege of spending 26 plus years in the financial services field. Yet, the ethics of business owners/managers is declining since they've lost their way from a "customer based" model to a "bottom line, $$ first" based business model. I'm primary a Large Value dividend investor.I used to be "an emotional" investor but, thanks to God & a top line training program, we've turned around our model from a growth portfolio to a large Value with various competitive advantages. I'll fight with all the power as a shareholder/client the vast inequities of businesses that have lost the true meaning of "customer service" with the small amount of God given wealth that has ...More been bestowed upon us. Remember a giant of a store named Montgomery Ward that gave Sears & Roebuck a long term run? Most people do not remember them but they turned to the "bottom line" business model and failed big! TBTF (Too Big To Fail) is not a good Motto!
