I had the awesome privilege of spending 28 plus years in the financial services field which included various positions. Yet, the ethics of many business owners/managers seems to be declining since they've lost their way from a "customer based" model to a "bottom line, $$ first" based business model. I'm primary a Large Value dividend investor.I used to be "an emotional" investor but, thanks to God, a top line training program, and other training, we've turned around our model from a growth portfolio to a large Value with various competitive advantages. I'll fight with all the power as a shareholder/client the vast inequities of businesses that have lost the true meaning of "customer
service" with the small amount of God given wealth that has been bestowed upon us. Remember a giant of a store named Montgomery Ward that gave Sears & Roebuck a long term run? Most people do not remember them but they turned to the "bottom line" business model and failed big! TBTF (Too Big To Fail) is not a good Motto!
