Reuters Put 2 PR's Out That Will Effect Commodities !

Reuters put 2 PR's out Friday that I am sure many are hoping will get by without being noticed. But they are sure to have some major impact on the Commodities Markets in a SHORT period of Time. (Pun Intended)
The articles were removed by Reuters but were able to retrieve the authors copy.

Just maybe this may help with making the Commodities Markets just a bit more transparent. I am sure they will help on bringing inflation to everyone with much greater speed.
