I make my own investment decisions based on what I read and my sense of long term economic trends as well as discussions with people I know to be savvy and successful investors long-term.
I trade infrequently and prefer ETF's with low expenses.
My major concern at this point is inflation. I do not see any way out of the current economic situation except to print money. I simply do not know how to hide from it.
I do not see gold as a solution and I am very skeptical of any printed paper that says it is as good as gold.
