    The Chinese owners will say "work hard and do good work or no job" and mean it. More than likely they will move it to the south, or the southwest so it's closer to the Pacific ports.

    If I was given a million dollars of taxpayers money for free to lend out at 5% my balance sheet would look better too.

    Using debt to solve a debt crisis. Banks stealing our money to recover gambling losses and encourage lending to those who borrowed to gamble.
