I like it. How about "Are you Smarter than a Fifth Grader". I bet the fifth graders on that show could do a better job than the "Talent" at AIG.

AIG Executives - give them their bonuses in large denomination bills in briefcases, then push them off the roof. The average taxpayer can scramble for the bills and sell the bloody one's on Ebay as souvenirs.

"White House sure of debt increase"

12.1 Trillion (T) isn't enough debt? We need to increase it 1-1.5 Trillion?

Let's make it 13.13 Trillion just for good luck, that should make it all better.

FHA has no reserves and FDIC deposit insurance fund is all spent.

Such good news - I see sunshine and roses in the future - don't you?

Let's buy some equities! Nothing could possibly go wrong here.

  • Cramer's Mad Money - When the Facts Change...(10/23/09) [View article]
Wait, wait, wait...did you all hear Cramer being negative tonight?

Did you hear Cramer sounding the "Caution, warning" bell?

Did you hear Cramer say he would feel o.k. about earnings reports if the DOW were at 8,000?

Whoops! Holy Hannah! If Jim Cramer is negative, that means we will retest March lows before long, maybe before next spring.

  • Equities Update: Disappointment Drives the Train [View article]
Everyone is waiting for the next crash.

Earnings based on layoffs and FED money = no recovery.

In their gut most everyone knows this, it's just hard to not be part of the party or believe that things could be worse than anytime since 1939.

Welcome Suzanne - yes, it is "losing" as in "lose" versus "loose".

I teach writing, students do it all the time, and have trouble with "their" and "there" and "your" versus "you're".

Interesting how technology has dumbed us ALL down; 15 second commercials and txt messages...OMG! WTF? I'm ur BFF cus ur GR8.

I've started to notice people not reading to the end of an email or a sentence; they read subject, first two sentences, think they know what I am saying and reply without finishing the email I sent.

Suzanne - please post a picture of what I am sure is a pretty face.

NEWS FLASH - 29 year old former Goldman Slacks Executive appointed the SEC's Enforcement Division CEO. OMG!!! WTF?!?! Talk about the fox guarding the chicken coop!!! I thought this was a joke by "The Onion" but it's true.

  • Overbought Stocks [View article]
Art Kashin said it this morning on CNBC when asked about the past year and where things are right now: "I've been doing this for almost 50 years; stocks are overvalued and overbought."

Just take a gander at the markets and how high they are above their 50 day SMA beyond crossing the 200 day SMA; it's like looking at your fat Uncle on the top of a ladder trying to hang up the Christmas lights. Timothy Geithner is trying to hold the ladder; and Obama is supervising and saying "more lights, more lights".

This is a cotton candy market, fluffed up sugar sold at a premium.
