DRS Update: The Company's Acquisition Could Be Sensitive

The companies have acknowledged that they have refiled and because the Italian govt holds a 30% stake in the company it will get extended into secondary review. That review would conclude in late October, rex will then likely review for additional 15 days. Early November maybe, but by rule the review cant extend beyond that.
