Spain Approves Up to 500MW for Solar Projects in 2009

Spaniards spend a disproportionate amount of their income on utilities compared to those of us living in the US. Utilities and power are particularly expensive in Spain in general. When I studied there as an undergrad, my host mother constantly was nagging us to take short showers and not to use electricity!
