Gold moves first then silver then the white metals but usually palladium moves a little later than platinum (pulled by platinum?). That is a very GENERAL rule but I have not cared in the past 2 years since my focus has been on AU and AG because of fear in this economy and silver has so much potential STILL in my eyes. If silver plays out look for me in your dugout.

  • China Head of the Class in Terms of Education Accomplishments [View article]
Maybe we need to get rid of the education department in Washington. Ever since it was implemented student scores keep going down. Let 50 states determine their education system and one of them will shine above the others finding the way for all the states. Washington's involvement only ensures utter failure like everything else they touch. No child left behind is simply another one of those failures.

Sorry to rant John, you hit another quirk of mine. You been attending my tea party's? Maybe you best find that bunker now.

Ace my opinion is silver is still going up. Play through any way you want. Volitility up and down is the best time in the world to trade if you know that eventually it will go up so if you get caught down you just have to wait. I am not saying this is the only possiblity here but it sure seems to be a good play right now. Unless you get a margin call and have to sell. Think DG last nov 10th I think. Ouch.

Mark I tried to get a better understanding of the PKR cellular protein, but the story got ALOT deeper. Over my head.

My take is without that protein the cancer cells die from the reovirus infecting the cancer cells and replicating unabated which eventually kills that cancer cell. Normal cells have PKR so they are immune.

    Nut shell version.

Invade, replicate unabatted and cell dies.

Seems like that would be a great company if they prove it works and they get approval.

Mark you do not have to appologize here, we trust you. I would like to understand the english version.

Maybe User would like to look at this and see if he wants to add this to his blog. If a flu virus don't get us the chance is good cancer will get some percentage of us renegades.

I doubt there will be "any" non-military heads roll so I believe your absolutly right there. I hope a trip to Adak Alaska is not the punishment dealt out to the superiors in this fiasco and I still am shocked as to how in the hell do they get a recording device into a secure space. THAT is simply beyond me.

Your loosey goosey comment is obviously accurate. It never happened like that on my watch. In fact I actually made sure the page counts on secret publications and documents were done and not penciled over. My troops hated that, as well as me but I'll be damned if I was going to get court martialed over a damn missing page.

I still will never dismiss thier culpability in this, however, I do agree others are culpable too and are deserving punishment but we both know not one civilian will receive even a slap on the hand.

BTW thanks for your service. You Vietnam vets never got the thanks you deserved. Shameful is all I can say.

Axelrod, In the military heads always roll. The bigger the red face the bigger the head that rolls. Since the POTUS is wearing the red face I expect some really big heads to roll.

I wish that the only damage done by these two clowns was some embarrassed politicians (they certainly deserve it) but that is not the case. Many people on the front lines are now in an increased danger situation as a result of these continuing leaks. They just did not know how to scrub the data or did not have the time, to ensure people do not die as a result of this released data. For that I can't feel any sympathy for them.

I am sure an arsonist enjoys his fires but when that fire kills peoples family members the arsonist goes on trial for murder. These two may have had intentions that did not involve getting people killed or maimed but they are way over their heads here and should really have considered the implications of their actions beyond simple embarrassment of government officials. Peoples lives are at stake here.

I will admit that having spent 20 years in the USMC and with a son, now serving as my families fourth generation Marine, I am a lot more harder in my judgement than some, but I believe I have good cause.

  • Note to Silver Shorts: Get Out of the Way [View article]
If silver is free from manipulation expect it to return to around 17:1 value to gold. That should be the starting point of the potential explosion in silver. That assumes it does not over correct or move towoards the implied 5:1 ratio that some say is the true ratio of silver since so much of it has been removed through use.

Add in the fact that this is a world wide demand situation with China and India in the game and the hunt brothers event could be small pototoes compared to what could happen here.

I expect a continue rise and shortages of physical possible in 2011.

Price controls typically result in shortages and black markets.

And runaway inflation once they are removed. More kicking the can down the road for political gain.
