10 Reasons to Expect More Activism in 2009

I for one am NOT looking forward to the new crop of meddlesome bargers/activists at any shareholder meetings trying to offer more Socialist mentality on how to run business: the government's way.

I am a capitalist, and I happen to like the way most BODs run their companies. If you don't like the way they run their show, sell and move your money elsewhere.

As to Citibank, Bear-Stearns, GM and Lehman, they did or would have or should, all end up in BK court due to poor performance anyhow. more testament to our sucessful capitalist system.
