Well, I guess he dropped the witch hunt when he got word that blogs had picked up the FACT that Michelle received a salary increase of $317,000 pa. AFTER Barack was elected US Senator. And there was some confusion whether this was for PART-TIME work at the Univ. of Chicago Hospital. After Barack went to DC, he proposed a ONE MILLION grant to the same hospital to "build a new pavilion".

Obama has a double standard.. it is not OK for people in the business world to be generously compensated for a job that they work hard at and contribute some value to. But is IS OK for his wife to make $317,000 a year for a 1/2 time job at some Chicago Hospital and provided NOTHING of value to!

Hey James, great statement of facts surrounding the "norms" of a large segment of Americans. It is almost unbelieveable that this cancerous immorality has reached the highest offices of our government, whose overt behaviors obviously condone their disciples total abuse of credit.

I agree with your presumption that they "maybe" spent the ~$300K on "stuff"... as undoubtedly millions of other people also did. Now all those Hummers, jetskis, ATVs, et.al are all showing up "forSale", as they struggle with reality once again.

I agree with your presumption that they "maybe" spent the ~$300K on "stuff"... as undoubtedly millions of other people also did. Now all those Hummers, jetskis, ATVs, et.al are all showing up "forSale", as they struggle with reality once again.
