Good comments. Most of our problems stem from government and will never be solved by government. Business spends an inordinate amount reacting and responding to government burden, be it onerous regulation, convoluted self-serving tax policy, name your poison.
The world will always suffer it's crooks. Transparency in markets will let market forces work as they should. Additional layers of government bureaucracy and regulation will serve little real world benefit. Allowing the same to do more economic "tweaking" is a recipe for disaster. But what the hell, it may already be too late.
I don't see a problem. This is not even triple digits. Hank should be able to cover it before Monday depending on your connections. Just try to not let it happen again, at least not for a decade or two.

What makes me feel better is reading articles like this one that expose the real character and attitudes of the people who were running this show. But alas they're the same characters who performed in the last generation and generations before. History continues to repeat. Only the financial instruments change to protect the (insert your word here).

When I was a Marine recruit our Drill Instructors would say it's always the 5% who screw it up for the rest. 30 years have passed since that experience and the only thing I can see that's changed is 5% has grown to 20.
