Pension Underfunding: The Next Earnings Shock?

Is real estate cheap in Nebraska? I believe that is the only state which does not have unfunded liabilities, as they are barred in the state constitution. Then I would only have to worry about unfunded Federal promises.

If you are in lockstep or a half-step ahead of everyone else, you are making a ton of money. If you are a half-step or full step behind, you are getting wiped out. I don't see how you can have a time horizon of more than one to three hours in this environment.
